At Chilli, we turn waste into wardrobe staples. Reworking vintage denim into elevated, enduring pieces with a new story to tell.

We believe fashion should be circular, conscious, and anything but disposable. Every Chilli garment begins with rescued denim (mainly vintage Levi’s) that’s carefully reimagined and brought back to life through bold tailoring, custom details, and timeless design.

Why It Matters

The fashion industry is one of the world’s biggest polluters, and denim is a major contributor.

• Over 2 billion pairs of jeans are produced each year
• It can take up to 10,000 litres of water to make just one pair
• Millions of tons of denim end up in landfills annually, often after being worn only a few times

At Chilli, we believe the future of fashion starts with what already exists. By working with pre-loved denim, we reduce waste, save water, and shrink the footprint of every piece we make.

Reworking denim uses up to 90% less water than making it new. And because we design for longevity, our pieces stay in circulation, out of landfills and in real wardrobes.
