Chilli was born in New Zealand from a simple idea, to take something already existing and make it feel new again.

We work with vintage Levi’s denim that would otherwise end up in landfill, reworking each piece into something more refined, more considered, and made to be worn on repeat.

Because every pair starts with vintage, no two are ever exactly the same. There’s a natural variation in wash, texture, and fit. We’ve spent a lot of time refining our process to bring more consistency, while still keeping that individuality that makes each piece feel special.

Over time, Chilli has evolved into more than just reworked denim. We’re focused on creating pieces that feel effortless but elevated; with more intentional tailoring, and a level of quality that holds up over time.

At the core of it all, we care about how you feel in what you wear. Confident, comfortable, and like yourself.

Sustainability has always been part of that; not as a statement, but as a standard. It’s about making better choices, slowing things down, and creating denim that actually lasts.
